Licensing & Usage Rights

How Hospitality Reset™ editions are held and deployed.

Each edition is published as an operational system, not a download. The licensing tiers below define how an edition can be held by an individual, a property, a portfolio, or an enterprise partner.

Tier I

Single Reader Edition

Held by one named reader. Personal operational reference.

Scope

  • ·One named individual
  • ·Personal reading and operational reference
  • ·No team distribution, printing for staff, or property-wide deployment
  • ·No alteration, excerpting, or redistribution

Audience

Individual operators, leaders, and consultants building their own practice.

Tier II

Property License

Operational deployment across a single property's team.

Scope

  • ·One property, unlimited internal team members
  • ·Printing, pre-shift use, and inclusion in property training
  • ·Internal manager and leadership distribution
  • ·No redistribution outside the licensed property
  • ·No alteration of edition text or branding

Audience

Hotels, resorts, and independent properties deploying an edition operationally across front-of-house, leadership, or department teams.

Tier III

Portfolio License

Operational deployment across multiple properties under one operator or group.

Scope

  • ·Multiple named properties under a single ownership or management group
  • ·Internal use across all licensed properties
  • ·Group-level leadership and training distribution
  • ·Coordinated rollout support available on request
  • ·No redistribution outside the licensed portfolio

Audience

Management companies, hotel groups, and multi-property operators standardising operational practice across their portfolio.

Tier IV

Enterprise Licensing

Custom licensing for brands, ownership groups, and operational partners.

Scope

  • ·Custom scope across brand, ownership, or operational footprint
  • ·Co-developed implementation and rollout support
  • ·Training, leadership integration, and operational partnership available
  • ·Negotiated rights for internal adaptation where appropriate
  • ·All terms held under a signed agreement

Audience

Hospitality brands, ownership platforms, and operational partners deploying Hospitality Reset™ as a standard across the enterprise.

Operating Principles

The same standard applies across every tier.

  • ·Edition text, structure, and branding are held intact. No rewriting, no rebranding, no merging into third-party materials.
  • ·Internal use only. No public posting, resale, or redistribution outside the licensed scope.
  • ·Companion systems and workbook layers follow the same scope as the parent edition.
  • ·Property, Portfolio, and Enterprise licensing are held under a written agreement issued at the start of each engagement.

Three ways to begin

Choose the entry point that fits the property.

Most operators start in one of three places — the field guides, a consultation, or a property licensing conversation. Each one is a door into the same ecosystem.
